Denise Hitch is a certified Hatha yoga instructor and founder of Yoga Destiny, LLC. Her introduction to yoga began in 1998 in New York City. After practicing for many years, she became certified as a Hatha yoga instructor in 2008.
She also studied techniques, teaching methodology, and child development as part of the “Bright Yogis” children’s teacher training program. Currently, she teaches and lives in New Jersey.
